30s: a series of 30m workouts

30min or less bodyweight or dumbbell workouts. No running. This series focuses on simple strength using your bodyweight and dumbbells. Focus on form. Lighter dumbbells will hit higher reps, heavier dumbbells will hit lower.

    What to expect? 30sec intervals (6 exercises) x 3 rounds.

    6 exercises: squat, pushup, lunge, johnny c, frogger, arm circles.
